Aleksandar Rikalo b07722631f Make memcheck/tests/linux/sigqueue usable with musl 
Remove offsetof(siginfo_t, _sifields) from the test.
"_sifields" is not a mandatory field of struct siginfo_t so
it should not be used in regular user program.

This patch resolves KDE #417266.
