files, into vg_skin.h:
uInstr0, uInstr1, uInstr2, uInstr3, nameIReg, nameISize, nameSReg,
newTemp, newShadow, uLiteral, uCCall
As macros they avoid namespace problems (they expand to VG_(whatever)) so
this should work fine.
