Carl Love ae13bd7244 Update memcheck/tests/ppc64/power_ISA2_05.vgtest ...

The option   --workaround-gcc296-bugs=yes has been depricated and 
replaced with the option --ignore-range-below-sp=1024-1

Updated the vgtest file with this change.

No associated bugzilla.
