48814f20f1 Patch 3 in a series of cleanup patches from Will Schmidt 
Update the pth_create_chain vgtest prereq to handle the ppc64le architecture
in the same way as ppc64 (BE).
   
This patch fixes Vagrind bugzilla 347322.

6e368a9f37 Renamed exp-drd directory into drd. Moved drd from the experimental tool class to the class of regular tools.
