Compiler produces position independent executables (PIE) by default
which gets in the way of some unit tests.

This is just a testsuite cleanup. In the case defcfaexpr was compiled
with line number information (which might happen in some distro builds)
just throw it away because the expected output just wants to see the
function names.

This should unbreak the failure on x86_64. But I can't test it.

and all testcases pass on my machine.
New file filter_memcheck to do the work.
There is a bit of a ripple here as filter_memcheck requires
command line arguments to be passed in. So all users of
filter_memcheck (direct or indirect) were updated as well.
filter_stderr was simplified as was filter_libc.

There were some easy-to-resolve conflicts.
Then I had to fix up coregrind/link_tool_exe*.in -- those files had been
added independently on both the trunk and the branch, AFAICT. I just
overwrote the trunk versions with the branch versions.
