The first one has 2 inner files, a `VABp` and a `SEQp` file, respectively.
The second one doesn't have any magic, so it might be raw waveform data?

Renamed most references to dw3 to dw2003, as that's the game being decompiled currently.

Removed unused `/dw3/DUMMY` .gitattribute entry.
`dw3` decompilation will be added later.
